Local Gymnasts Draw Inspiration from Olympic Contenders

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. -- Local gymnasts are working hard in Eugene and Springfield, inspired by their favorite Olympic athletes competing in Beijing. The gymnasts at the National Academy of Artistic Gymnastics in Springfield work five hours a day, five days a week. The academy produced nine Olympians in the past 35 years.
