NEAR GLIDE, Ore. -- Douglas County Search and Rescue crews confirm they've found the body of 45-year-old Fred Carnahan on the North Umpqua River. It's a story you saw first on KEZI 9 News at 6.

A group of swimmers discovered the body around 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Narrows Wayside north of Glide. That's downstream from where Carnahan's truck was found Wednesday.

Regarding the cause of death. I wonder if they have questioned

I wonder if they have questioned the man who is on tape (more than one time), saying that he will have his gang kill Fred? Hostility that stems from Fred catching the scumbag beating his wife about three years ago. I'm no investigator, but would say that it would be a good place to start. Keep the heat turned up on this one. There are some killers at large.
