Pesticide Protestors Will Face Criminal Charges

EUGENE, Ore. -- A prosecutors says criminal charges will be filed against three University of Oregon students who allegedly clashed with police during a May 30 anti-pesticide rally in downtown Eugene. Anthony Farley, David Parzaile and Ian Van Ornum will be arraigned Monday on undisclosed charges. A Eugene police officer Tasered Van Ornum when he was arrested with Farley. Van Ornum and witnesses to his arrest filed a police misconduct complaint over the incident.
